Thank you for choosing to consider our condo as your next vacation in Edisto Island, South Carolina.  We have owned property in Edisto since 1996, and I think you will agree that Edisto is one of the last unspoiled, family beaches in the United States.  They have a saying in Costa Rica, “Pura Vida!” which means full life.  Well, we think Edisto is very Pura Vida!!!

Our condo is located on the southern most tip of the island on Big Bay Creek within Bay Creek Villas.  Specifically, the condo is located on the most desirable top floor which offers spectacular views of the marina and the marsh which is part of the Ace River Basin.   As a matter of fact, it is not uncommon to watch the dolphins innocently play in the creek from your private and tranquil balcony.

Some of the amenities of Bay Creek Villas are:

• A swimming pool surrounded by marsh;
• Elevator;
• the Sunset Grill restaurant adjacent to the complex;
• Edisto Marina;
• paved bike trails over island
